Q: I am a "micro-business". Is any job too small for you?
A: No job is too small. Our services are the same if you are a single individual or a large company. We see our smaller clients as someday being our big clients! Our mission is to provide the upmost in customer service for all our customers!
Q: Do I have to sign a contract?
A: No. We can provide service on an "as needed" basis. However, most businesses benefit from the proactive contracted maintenance and services we provide. By knowing what dates and times we will be at their facilities or remotely accessing their systems, they can schedule specific maintenance and upgrade tasks that will not interfere with their business operations. This also allows the business to budget the costs each year for I/T services.
Q: What about after hours support?
A: Our typical work schedule is from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. However, we know that issues may arise on different shifts or on weekends. We know that many businesses operate 24/7 and may need help with I/T issues outside the normal workday. TECH PARTNERS will be there when you need us. We also will schedule time for updates and upgrades that have the least disruption of your operation. Even if that is after hours or on weekends. We will work with you on a schedule that best serves your needs.
Q: How often would you need to be at our facility and for how long?
A: Each business has I/T needs that are unique to their operations. We work with our customers to design a custom program that addresses what services they require, the time it will take, and the costs associated with the services. Some businesses may require our services once a month, once a week, two days each week, etc. We will work out a plan that best suits your requirements.
